There is a 35 $ minimum order for delivery and curbside pickup.
You can log in to your account to cancel your item before cut off time (48 hrs before scheduled pick up / delivery). If you have placed the order as a guest member then please call store at 403-2630663 before cut off time of 48 hrs and we will help you to change/cancel the order.
You can modify or cancel your order up until the cut off time without any fee or penalty. If your order has already been prepared at the time of cancellation, you may see a pending authorization hold charge of up to 120% of your order total on your selected method of payment. This authorization will remain on your card until it is expired by your bank (typically 5 - 7 days).
Items priced by weight can vary in size and shape and your cart will show an estimated weight and price. When your order is prepared for pick up, we will weigh each applicable item to determine its final price.

If you view your online credit card statement for up to 5 days after picking up your order, you will see a pending charge until the final charge shows up. If after 5 days you do not see the final charge, please contact your credit card company.

The meat and perishable items once delivered to the customer in good condition, and acknowledges by the customer, the item cannot be taken back per Food and Health regulations.
At the time of delivery if you are not satisfied with the quality of any of the product, we will take the returned product back with us and grant credit for the value of the returned product, which will be credited to your account. Such credit shall be available and may be used to pay any subsequent invoice. However, it is clarified that no returns or refunds are permitted after the product purchased has been accepted for delivery or curbside pickup.

Every effort is being made to make sure on time delivery, however due to traffic, bad weather, Covid -19 situations there might be some delays. Our staff will be in contact if they are running late. Your patience is highly appreciated.
The items that are out of stock at the time of packing will not be delivered. This will be a runtime issue, as the grocery stores are retail and the stock keeps moving.
Currently we are serving to the Calgary city limits with some exception / special requests to the neighboring towns of Okotokes, Chestmere, High River, Airdrie and Red Deer. Please call our store to discuss delivery options and charges to the neighboring towns.
You or someone aged 18 or over on your behalf must be available to receive, inspect your grocery delivery order. We will not be able to leave goods unattended under any circumstances. We will always deliver to the front door of your house or at least to the communal entrance to your premises.
After evaluation of the order at the time of delivery if we found the mistake is from our side we will take back the item and full refund will be given to the customer, Once order is accepted in good condition there will be no return.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
We have our own delivery drivers but we may contract out to delivery companies depending on the load.
All the order placed before 12 pm will be delivered NEXT DAY in the evening between 5 to 9 pm. Change it to " All the order placed before 12 pm will be delivered NEXT DAY in the evening between 4 to 9 pm. Delivery driver will contact when on the way.
When placing the order, the system will give you the date & pickup time.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance from the store. When checking out your order, system will show delivery charges. As an introductory offer, delivery is absolutely free with a minimum of $150.
No, there is no charges for curbside pick up. However minimum order must be $35.
You can place the order as a guest. However only registered member will be able to amend / cancel their order trough our website.
